Our range of Woven Wraps are all woven and sewn within a few miles of Shireslings HQ and we work with local businesses at every stage of production process.

Our Autumn release is woven from the same blend of 50% combed cotton and 50% cotton as our Spring range and we have improved our finishing process to ensure it starts off a little softer. Our wraps are sold completely finished and are ready to wear so there is no need to pre-wash when it first arrives. We do not use softening chemicals in our finishing process so we suggest you start ‘breaking in’ before you wash by wearing your Shire Sling. Just like a good pair of jeans, when you wash it tightens up the fibres and is often a bit stiffer to start with.
