We have just arrived home after our first sling show of the year - and what an amazing start it was!

Sling It is a not for profit community interest company run by sling librarians across the country who volunteer their time to help promote babywearing through events.

The Sling It team did a great job of organising the event and with the help of Richard the porter we were unloaded and set up in just an hour and a half, leaving enough time for a cuppa before kick-off.

We met some fantastic people and the atmosphere was buzzing. The icing on the cake came when we heard the news that we had beaten the world babywearing record. Well done to everyone who braved the rain to take part!

We can’t wait to see everyone again at the Scottish babywearing and Gentle parenting convention in May.
